Great fight, Diaz had that nice judo throw too before he destroyed Maynard. But IMO that was a late stoppage, Maynard was completely out on his feet and offering no defence but the ref just let him keep taking that beating.

That was a beatdown, I feel bad for Gray. Nate hit a sweet judo throw even though he didn't keep top position, that was a nice touch. Nate was just on point with his boxing and avoided the wrestling enough to do his thing.
