Getting Really Tired After Drinking Protein Shake...

I may be no expert but think of it this way... as I have the same issue.
After a big meal it is natural to feel tired.
We are sending explosion of +50 grams of protein into our stomach at 4:00.
Our body senses the amount of protein, there is a reason we feel tired after large meals, and its probably the same reason we feel tired after a jam pack protein shake.
Not a complete answer but it puts our question into perspective. Maybe its okay to feel tired after a protein shake first thing after work or in the morning?
Bodies simply like to rest after a big meal, and +50 grams of protein most likely registers to our brain that we got a lot to digest.
