Yuck. Thanks to that dude I was involved in two conflicts in 3 years. Desert Storm was a legit operation because of Kuwait, but the Panama invasion was some petty personal vendetta type of shit. Killing folks because two old buddies had a falling out is not cool, not cool at all.

Noriega needed to go nonetheless, it was one of the cleanest US operations in removing a dictator and returning democracy to a country.
