This guy is the best stand up comedian imho. I thought it would be interesting to rate his work.

This to me is about 9 or a 10.

It's my favorite thing Carlin ever did.

A lot of Carlin's material is more interesting than it is funny, but I still found his best stuff to be entertaining.

Although impressive, I always considered Carlin more of society critic
than a standup comedian.
It seems no one has been able to follow in his footsteps.

And somehow I always expect a phone booth with an antenna to come out of the sky
on stage when he's performing.

Weird choice for a Carlin humor bit.

As others have noted, it's a great lecture or social commentary (this was half his talent) It's funny because of how he frames it in some ways, but it isn't typical 'haha' standup comedy.
