The white one I don't know, but the spotted one looks like regular carpet underlay.

Yeh that was what I guessed it was on the #10 as well before I even cut open one to have a look and they felt like carpet too. Probably that's why they could sell these gloves for so cheap, but what does it even matter if they perform so god damn good. (As long as they are clean new ones.)

I think the carpet underlay is pretty commonly used for boxing gloves. You should cut open your Fairtex to compare
