Lineal titles outside HW are terrible. People move up and down weight classes all the time and fuck it all up.
Mooose didn't use PEDs so of course he was not the next ASilva. No disrespect intended. Moose is a fighter. But I never thought he had the skill set he was hyped to have. The next Anderson Silva? Please.
I'm not even a Mousasi fan. Hell, I think most Mousasi fans are fucking crazy. You guys are as bad as Gus fans. Making up these consolation prizes and moral victories because your guy isn't good enough to be champ.

Also, except that DC fight ,Silva never fought in LHW or HW division ,
Mooose did, and have W against legends like Hunto,Belforto and others
For those who don't know what a lineal title is, it's basically a "man who beat the man" type of thing.
Some rules for lineage.
1. Belt can't go outside of weight class. It says Middleweight for a reason, goofs.
2. the Filho-Sonnen fight does not count as it was at catchweight due to Filho being overweight. With that reason, it's not part of the lineage.
Menne > Bustamante > Hendo > Misaki > Filho (unified with WEC Middleweight title) > Paraisy > Falcao > Shlemenko (unified with Bellator Middleweight title) > Halsey > Carvalho > Mousasi.
Mousasi is also lineal WEC Middleweight champion. Thoughts?
Oh ok fair enough then.I'm not even a Mousasi fan. Hell, I think most Mousasi fans are fucking crazy.
I'm just interested in lineal titles lol.
Honestly he sucks i never liked the way he fightsMoose never impressed me. Not even a little. He’s where he belongs.

Mousasi is the GOAT
He's 44-6. He's beaten the who's who in MMA. Shut up.
No he's not. Chris fell off the mountain and never recovered. Mousasi is not good or exciting at all.mousse is very good. he beat weidman for fuck sake. he is legit top 3 at middleweight. only romero, whittaker maybe, perhaps weidman in a rematch that can beat him. gas vs him is 50 50.

He's beaten tons of cans and journeymen...especially before he came to the UFC. His best MW win is Weidman, which is certainly a quality win, but was also part of a 3-loss streak for Weidman. That's as far as it goes.
ridiculous. he Is so underrated. dude is a stud. top 3/4 in middleweight for sure.Wins over:
- Hector Lombad (Former Bellator MW Champion)
- Jarcare (#5 ranked MW)
- Mark Hunt (#6 ranked HW)
- OSP (#7 ranked LHW)
- Latifi (#4 ranked LHW)
- Dan Henderson (UFC Hall of Famer)
- Vitor (UFC Hall of Famer)
- Uriah Hall (#11 ranked MW)
- Weidman (#3 ranked MW)
- Carvalho (Former Bellator MW Champion)
Keep quiet, casual.

No, sub-60 IQ casuals are the ones who posts lists with no context. He beat old, post-TRT versions of Vitor and Hendo who were absolute shells of their former selves. Hunt was in the middle of a 6-loss streak that included Sean "GOAT" McCorkle submitting him. OSP and Latifi have both improved significantly--those would be much harder fights now. Carvalho's best win is what...beating a 41-year old Manhoef?
