4/5 of the front main characters are women.

There are 4 male characters, most in the background and one is a robot, could be either sex.

The back is little better.

Now I'm only speaking from 20+ years of experience...but nearly every guy I know plays games. And I'm on the console only occasionally, take a back seat to cars, bikes, and surfing wagon. I know zero pc gamers.

I know zero women who game at all. I asked my gf and none of her friends do either.

But there is a majority of female characters represented in games, magazines, etc.

Just another example of American media cuckholdage.

Is it them being sexist or knowing their audience? A mojority of gamers are dudes, so it doesn't surprise me at all that it's mostly women on the cover.

My only issue with the cover is it says "top 50 games of 2016", when it really should have said "Hey!! We really like Overwatch!"

Game Informer is still in business?

Game stop offers a year subscription to Game Informer if you gave a pro account. I let mine run out several months ago, but iirc it's only like $12 for the year and you get a discount on games, accessories, consoles, and the magazine.

I'll usually re-up it when I make a big purchase from there as it will still give me a discount after I pay the fee. I like getting the magazine though. I wish they would have a bigger section on retro gaming though.
