Trying to think of the most rustle-worthy ways D&D could do that and I was thinking

1- Jon has all the mutineers executed but pardons Olly who then manages to kill him later in the episode
2- D&D bring Jon back just to have GOAT Ramsay flay him at the end of the season.

I just thought about this: even though Olly's win over Jon is a no contest now, Olly might still be above Jon, since Olly has a win over Ygritte, and Ygritte has a win over Jon. We need a rematch of Jon v. Olly to settle this.
