Full Mount KO - Is it possible? Has it ever happened?

Is it possible for someone with a full mount to get KO'd by the person on the bottom?
Has it even happened to anyone?

Or is there really no way to deliver crushing blows to the face or body (like a liver shot) when you're on the bottom?

I dont know about full mount(probably not) but KOs from guard have been done.
 
It wasnt full mount but just about when Gegard kicked jacare s head into the seats
 
I've def seen it before. In a smaller org, dude that was mounted nailed the guy on top with a hammer fist and he just toppled over.
 
I might be wrong but didn't it happen to Jorge Santiago?

Edit - nah I'm pretty sure I'm wrong. Maybe it was in Pride I'm not sure, I thought I've seen this happen once though
