You have probably seen this before, but I wanted to share this with you guys.
What about the benefits of the p00n fruits?
That chart has got to be a joke.
It has broccoli in it... Every single line says Protects your heart, but in a different column to make it less obvious. What does Protects your heart even mean?
I like how in the last column, the benefit for cabbage is "Helps"

Thanks TS, but if this is relevant to you, it means that your knowledge in nutrition is kinda weak.
It's best to study what actually is in the food on a macro and micro level. And learn what those macro/micro elements do to your body, and how to use them, combine them, implement them, what to associate them with, in your daily diet for better efficiency/results.
