Fritz Zagorski Wrestling Throws

    Some of the biggest throws I've ever seen ... setting aside his awful haircut and singlet, this guy threw with a fury you rarely see from a wrestler. I haven't see this highlight posted before, and it's well worth watching.



    Sometimes, depending on your opponent, it's better to pull guard.

    Some of those throws scare the sh*t out of me. Bloody huge, man. And the way he manages to pick them up off the floor, balance them around and then execute the suplay - friggin brilliant! One tough competitor that's for sure...

    I love how for so many of the throws he doesn't roll through, he just pile drives his opponent to the mat and sticks into them. "Call the stretcher." These are the kind of throws that would be perfect for MMA --- not only do you keep the position, your opponent is ruined.

    Oh my god, he's wrecking those dudes' arms. That's what I'm constantly afraid will happen to me against those former wrestling beasts in BJJ when we do randori.

    holy shit. those throws were nuts. I'm assuming those clips are from the 80s? Why didn't we just send this badass mother fucker to tear down the Berlin Wall?
