Fighters who go on a win streak, get in the title picture and collapse

Calm down. I'm an Aldo fan but the dude has lost 2 of his last 3 after not losing in like 10 years. Something's off with him. A few years ago he would not have lost to Max. Not saying Max is a slouch, but Aldo is off mentally.

Being out of your prime is not a collapse. It's just entirely unnecessary hyperbole.

"Something" isn't off with Aldo, he's just getting older. Reaction time slows, cardio fades, durability wanes; yet, even including all that, Aldo is still a no doubt top 3 fighter at his weight class.

He doesn't fit the parameters of this thread in any way, you just got lazy and listed the first couple people who came to your mind, regardless of if they were quality names.

Hardy Fitch Rumble you can add as well.

Nothing is off. Well he is a little slower but he's fighting good strikers now whereasbefore he fought wrestlers with the best TDD in MMA. Easy work.

Besides you cant include a champion in this list. This is about guys who whoop everyone but can't make final step and get gold.

Not only did he include a champion, but he included one of the all-time great champions, who hasn't shown to be complete done after he lost the belt.

He could've chosen someone like Forrest, and at least that would have been close.
