Well there is definite proof for the Russia allegations but this is an MMA forum and there are good docs already investigating this. Anyone who's interested will listen to both sides of any situation and make up their mind on the preponderance of evidence.

Chael pulled the same shit with Jones by threatening to reveal personal info about him that would destroy his image if he beat him at UFC 159, but it turned out he was just trolling since he didn't have shit to say after he lost except how much better of a fighter Jones was than he.

Chael may have threatened to snitch, but Colby called 911 like a mofo (what, 11 times or something?) and tried to press charges. Yeah, making it personal, talking about opponents families n shit, is low.

But controversy sells, sadly.

It is sad.

One of my favourite rivalries was chuck and randy because they were two of the toughest dudes walking the planet and I genuinely wanted to see who was better.

Same with wand and chuck. Their star power combined with the allure of seeing who the toughest 205er in the world was enough to garner and keep my interest.

We now live in a social media, reality tv, drama fuelled world where being the best or seeing who really is the best isn’t enough anymore.

As a fan of fights and to a lesser extent certain fighters, I want to see solid meaningful fights and competition.

I don’t know that I care of fighter A failed to tip a waitress 15 years ago in middle school and is this a bad person. That part doesn’t intrigue me. Just fight.

Unless it’s jones. Lol. Can’t stand that cheat.
