Neil Magny was scheduled to face Alex Oliveiraat the event. However Magny was removed from the pairing on August 22 in favor of a matchup with Santiago Ponzinibbio in November at UFC Fight Night: Magny vs. Ponzinibbio.[8][9] He was replaced by Carlo Pedersoli Jr.[10]

Ketlen Vieira was expected to face former Invicta FC Bantamweight Champion and UFC Women's Featherweight Championshipchallenger Tonya Evinger at the event. However on August 7, Vieira pulled out due to a knee injury.[11] Evinger was removed from the card and then rescheduled for a future event against a different opponent.[12]

That is all.

I had no idea this was the headliner. I’m usually on top of these things, but yeah, I totally forgot Manuwa and Glover both pulled out.

Challenge: Take a shot of proper 12 for each time you see "was expected"

Shit happens dude just enjoy the fights ffs

There are other UFC events between the Conor press conference and the Conor fight?

Seems like a lot of favorable Brazilian match ups. I'm hoping for some big upsets as it's pretty entertaining to see the super classy and grateful fans of Brazil acting like a bunch of filthy animals.

This whole card shouldn’t have been made in the first place.

Embarrassing. Theres more pull outs than actual fights these days

That is all.

I really think the fighter insurance changed the landscape more than USADA.

It's not like new guys are training harder, nor are they with less knowledge and technologies, but it feels like 100 more times people are dropping out from their fight since their ass is covered if they drop out
