The Federal government is still incentivizing businesses to favor immigrants over Americans, to the tune of $2 billion in subsidies across the country, according to the Center for Immigration Studies.

They do this via the Optional Practical Training (OPT) program. This program by the Federal government provides money
to businesses that discriminate against American citizens in favor of immigrant ones.

They shouldn't do this. This is wrong, right?

Got a non-partisan hack source?

Whatever, too many of you people are so ready to attack a source of information that frightens you, as opposed to looking at what they present, that you never learn a damn thing.

Until you read the researched information they present:

What's the real truth here?

Probably some sort of tax credit that companies are allowed that hire foreign born students that pass through our education system in order to keep them here rather than send them back to their home country for them to reap the benefits of our education investment.

Didn't bother too much @abiG is a hack.

I'm sure you researched it just to the end of the headline.

From the article:

This is done by giving any business that hires a foreign student that has graduated from a US post-secondary institution an 8.25% tax break

edit: they can work for 1 year - 2 depending on the degree they received.
