When did this happen, looks pretty bad....

He broke his right hand several times in PRIDE...( you can see that on his metacarpial bones on this pic )
Gave him fits in his fight against CC where he could grip CC's wrist..

Also that's why he didn't use his GnP for a long time

But on this pic his knuckles also looks like the result of some kind of makiwara/hard mitts hardening

The right hand index finger knuckle bone looks like a mess -
the left hand looks like it's about to flip a bird.
