im sorry but its just true. Someone who is a real HW would not be KO flash ko by hendo. Lesnar, hunt etc would not go out from that shot. and there lies the reality. Fedor was always really a fat MW or a medium sized LHW that dominated at HW. His skills and heart are why. But take away 20lbs of fat and he would of been a shredded 210lbs to 215lbs. Effectively a medium to smaller LHW. Maybe even a large MW if he took more pounds off and cut 25lbs water weight to mw.

I am ok with it. It was Hendo, and it was one of the most perfect punches ever landed. I doubt Hendo could ever replicate it. The way it hit and just flash K.O'ed Fedor was crazy. We know Fedor has a great chin, but when hit in the perfect spot, at the perfect moment, by a guy like Hendo, no one is un-K.Oable.

And about weight - Hendo was 207 and build strong - Fedor was 223 with his usual flab.

Doesn't excuse Fedor's loss, but I think people over-estimate how well a heavyweight can take a punch from a man who is still around 190-210 lbs. That's enough weight behind a punch to take anybody out, especially a small HW like Fedor.

Hendo's right hand is one of the pound for pound most powerful punches in MMA history.

Manhoef knocked out Hunt in 18 seconds. Manhoef is also a heavy hitting middleweight. Being a middleweight doesn’t matter as much when you have hw knockout power which both have. Damn, like everyone beat me to it lol.

Fought Big Nog twice and beat him once. Fought Fedor. He’s fought the top HW’s, LHW, MWs and even lighter throughout his career.

Not only disrespectful to Fedor but disrespectful to Dan to put him in a box when Dan was more than that.

Not really. Dan Hendoroid fought many other HW fighters including Big Nog and Hendo can hit like a HW. Fedor honestly got unlucky in that fight. 9/10 Fedor beats Hendoroid.

Fedor has been operating at a lower level for years now. He’s not at his peak, nor anywhere near it. The only difference is he’s capable of dispatching other fighters that aren’t really ready for him, or take him for granted.

He’s only showing flashes of what made him great, but if you wade into his strengths (even at this stage) with disregard, you’ll probably pay for it.
