Overeem thing is all speculation he was clearly still on steroids and that was part of the reason they didnt want the fight and he popped shortly after and has since shrunk since under going strict drug testing so its pretty safe to say he was cheating and again Fedors camp had a legit reason to avoid that fight.

Not an argument dude. Fedor was great till 2005. Afterward, every other weak org out there he signed for.

Reem was SF HW/Dream/K1 champ. Fedor picked Werdum then ducking for a 2nd time. Then came the 3 fight losing streak all by stoppage + 1punched by a 500 UFC MW fighter.

With a USADA era, he will offer a lot less, and the sad reality being, he spent a good portion fighting cans and padding record. Mega fights like Reem/Brock/Couture/Mir/CCII never happened because he and M1 played it safe. Worst, Reem was SF HW champ and Fedor magically choose not to fight him twice thus ducking.

Well, he reminds of Mike Tyson in the later years; bar room brawler. Technique and effective strategy out the window. Last fight was indicative of just that. Worst decision by Corrupt Russian Judges. Likely the same guys that saved Kha from getting beat to death by Tony @ 209.

Honestly with Fedor, if you watch all of his matches he just isn't himself in the cage. Hopefully Saturday will be different

Seems like a lame excuse IMHO. Not hate. The dude is GOAT HW but, Reem would have flat lined him in SF hence his ducking. He would have seen a L sooner had he come to UFC. In the USADA era, there is no Hendo like run or TRT Vitor run. It would be interesting to see him go somewhere that this was still allowed.

Actually, you really don't know your history - the truth is that when Fedor had signed to M-1, going to the UFC would have been 'safe' option (not to mention coming with caveat's that Fedor was not prepared to accept that the M-1 offer did not have and not pay him nearly as much) - in mid 2007 when Fedor signed to M-1, the MMA landscape was very different; Brock wasn't even on the scene, nor guys like JDS or Cain... and Nog, CC and Herring who signed to the UFC he'd already beaten. The other top HW's were Barnett, Randy, AA and Sylvia. Mir was being crushed by PeDePano and Vera at that point and was effectively irrelevant

M-1 worked behind the scenes to have the other top UFC HW's (Sylvia, AA and Randy) come there - and Fedor destroyed 2 of them, and Randy was stuck behind his contract. Barnett fight was cancelled due to him pissing hot and killing the fledgling org.

So again, Fedor had already beaten or tried to fight all the top guys in the UFC, and the strength was actually outside it - plus Affliction had very real ambitions of bring the top HW talent to their org, which they more or less did.

Do you accuse Couture of ducking Fedor because he was stuck to his UFC contract and couldn't fight Fedor in Affliction or Strikeforce?

Understand: From when Fedor signed in 2007 til the end of his contract (first retirement) he could not fight a fighter that M-1 didn't agree with (or as part of co-promotion)

Again, M-1 were wary of Fedor fighting Reem more for the fact that they suspected Reem was juiced to the eyeballs in his 3-year overseas hiatus (and he was) and they'd just been burned by Barnett pissing hot and costing them millions of dollars with the shut down of Affliction.

IIRC they specified Olympic drug testing for a fight with Reem. Its Overeem's own version of events in which you quote Fedor as 'ducking' him.

I've described the history to you before, but you deliberately ignore it, and continually try to spin it to fit your narrative, which is factually incorrect in an obvious attempt to smear/troll.

I'm not sure why, maybe you hate Fedor, are a 'UFC/Dana White supporter' or just like to rile his over the top crazy fans?
