Two top fighters from the featherweight division are announcing they will leave to 155 after they beat the other. Brian Ortega (current title challenger) and Max Holloway (Champion) have both expressed interest in moving up to 155 (links below). Both fighters are not that good in the FW division. They only win due to cutting massive amounts of weight, which is why they will leave.

Who is left?? Aldo is content on a restaurant career, Franky should be fighting Mighty Mouse. Jeremy Stephens is a short term glass cannon. That rat looking guy Emmet blows. The FW picture is NOT looking good. NO ONE gives a shit about it.

LHW looked like shit after Jon Jones got suspended from tainted supplements. The FW division will look the same...

Then you have veterans like Aldo,Edgar, cub, Stephens, Lama, and even though Bermudez and MJ are on a losing streak they’re still exciting.

I know I’m missing some other key guys as well. Oh yeah Artem can’t forget Artem.

Featherweight is stacked, deep and looks like it will be competitive for a long time. Shambles? That would be LHW and HW

You realize the division has more than two fighters, right?
 
In FW there are so many which could take the top spot. One of the few divisions that is seriously loaded.
