Almost any Roberto Duran match at LW. James Toney did it a lot too when he wasn't shoulder rolling.

As a southpaw, one of my favorite things to do is come over the jab with my own right hook, while stepping out to the right for the lead foot position. Works great for me, I haven't had as much luck with my left hand parrying and coming over the top of their right. it would be real helpful tho, need to get that down
