I thought the Dukes of Hazzard General Lee was like an old Camaro and was surprised when I googled it it said it was like a '69 Charger, which is too long and doesn't look as cool as I remembered it.

I also like:

Magnum P.I.'s Ferrari
Knight Rider's K.I.T.T.
Adam West Batmobile

I don't remember Batman using a Lamborghini Murcielago. I probably had no idea what it was.

I can't think of any cool memorable James Bond 007 cars.

Bruce Wayne drove the Lambo in Dark Knight. Good list. I'd add the black Trans Am from the original Smokey and the Bandit.
