Mint chip.

Dreyers makes this minto cookie crunch ice cream that is masicslly mint chocolate chip, but with cookies instead of chocolate chips. It’s amazing.

I got like a 3 way tie on this one. Chocolate chip cookie dough, cookies and cream, and mint chip.

First two are more susceptible to toppings since they have a vanilla base, but can never go wrong with plain mint chip.
