I haven't really tried too many cheeses other than American (can you even call it a cheese?) Mozzarella, Havarti and Cheddar. I'm looking to expand my horizons a bit (while staying low carb). What kind of cheeses do you guys like? Especially with eggs.

Try any eastern european or turkish hard cheese you can get your hands on. It's really good. Romanian Rucar is a favourite of mine.

I love lots of different types cheese but Jarlsberg is my favorite. I can get it pretty cheap at Sam's club. I also like feta for salads.

My favorite with eggs are feta (usually with spinach) and pepper jack (with avocado and tomato)

Depends on what I am eating.

For example, it should be a crime to use anything other than cheddar on taco's :D

I eat a lot of marble cheese right now on a keto diet. I eat so much cheese that I stick to the basics. I'd spend a fortune on some of these international cheeses.

I like American on my eggs, or colby jack. Provolone or swiss on my turkey. Feta is good with spinach. Cheddar on burgers.

Asiago. Strong flavor so goes a long way with less calories.

I also like a little goat cheese mixed in with scrambled eggs or carefully crumbled into my omelette mix. On sandwiches I like harvarti.

+1 for Jarlsberg. Best P4P cheese out there as far as I'm concerned.

Swiss Gruyere if I'm feeling like something a little more salty.
