Favorite Cheese?

    I haven't really tried too many cheeses other than American (can you even call it a cheese?) Mozzarella, Havarti and Cheddar. I'm looking to expand my horizons a bit (while staying low carb). What kind of cheeses do you guys like? Especially with eggs.

    Whatever I can find that's raw milk or grass fed.

    Try any eastern european or turkish hard cheese you can get your hands on. It's really good. Romanian Rucar is a favourite of mine.

    colby. monterey jack. colby-jack. I looove caraway seed havarti. bleu cheese with steak is always a good choice, as is gorgonzola. smoked gouda.

    I love lots of different types cheese but Jarlsberg is my favorite. I can get it pretty cheap at Sam's club. I also like feta for salads.

    My favorite with eggs are feta (usually with spinach) and pepper jack (with avocado and tomato)

    Depends on what I am eating.

    For example, it should be a crime to use anything other than cheddar on taco's :D

    I eat a lot of marble cheese right now on a keto diet. I eat so much cheese that I stick to the basics. I'd spend a fortune on some of these international cheeses.

    I like American on my eggs, or colby jack. Provolone or swiss on my turkey. Feta is good with spinach. Cheddar on burgers.

    Asiago. Strong flavor so goes a long way with less calories.

    I also like a little goat cheese mixed in with scrambled eggs or carefully crumbled into my omelette mix. On sandwiches I like harvarti.

    +1 for Jarlsberg. Best P4P cheese out there as far as I'm concerned.

    Swiss Gruyere if I'm feeling like something a little more salty.
