What is your issue? Are you fat and cannot control what you eat, or you want to get below a certain body fat % and need a bit of "help".
yeah I'm just going to be strong with my diet. Ive been off carbs and sugar for a week and I feel good. I guess I dont need it.
There are some products that might have helped a little but we are really only talking about minimal effect and probably only worth it if your very over weight.
They will only help with curbing hunger while dieting. If you don't make the changes to ur diet / activity level that need to sustain the weight lost while taking them, then u will gain the weight back once u stop taking or gain a tolerance to the supplement.
If you are trying to get ultra lean and have everything else on point then you may get an extra 5% on your weight loss efforts. Is it worth it? probably not.
