Farmer Walk Treadmill

    I just discover this today. It looks pretty cool, lol but I hate the price tag.

    We just got one of those at my work gym. Not used it yet. The treadmill is self-powered, which makes sense I guess.

    That's cool. If you try it, let us know on how you like it compare to the typical farmers walk.

    why don't you just pick up 2 heavy dumbbells and walk with it?
    this machine is the worst thing i saw in a while.

    Not enough room in the gym.
    Can't take weights outside.
    It's winter.

    There's nothing wrong with this machine.

    yeah, i can understand that.
    still, i think this machine is wrong on many levels, haha.
    either way, have fun with it...

    If i ever used this excuse with any of my coaches id have been suplexed on ice.

    Yeah this. I do sometimes use the trapbar for farmer's walks inside the gym, but if it's busy it can be a bit of a challenge. This wouldn't be my first choice, but it would serve as a suitable substitute for the reasons listed above.
