EDIT: I miss 'em both.

From the first two quotes, I couldn't tell if that was from former Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, or former Washington DC Mayor Marion Barry.

The last quote gave it away. I always find it fascinating when people think "I was in a drunken stupor" is any kind of excuse for their bad behavior.
