    • Decent. Squats hurt a bit and felt off due to improper warmup and rehab, but looked good
    • Bench was tough. Was freezing. Felt horrible, looked OK

    • Triceps/biceps pain acting up a bit on skullcrushes, could have been sub zero temperature
    • SLDL was fine but got really tough at the end. Maybe one or two reps that were painful of all working sets. Easier than the time I did 125kgx3x5 though

    • Mixed. Squats were fine until the top sets, then hamstring pain reared it's head. Felt like I was getting bent over and out of position. Got through the first set, attempted 2nd and rep 2 was really painful so called it
    • Close grip was tough, getting through that sticking point wasn't easy. This is a PR
    • SLDL felt good, not fast but felt like I got the form down a bit better. Didn't snatch the bar off the ground and back position seemed better

    • Backoff day. Squats were a bit painful but nothing too bad
    • Bench felt weird, felt super wide even though it's just my normal grip. Everything felt light but man that last rep of the last set was a grinder
    • SLDL was good, slightly hammy pain and that was it. Start position is getting there

    • Better than last time. First squat set was off but they got way better, no real pain in the hamstring
    • Bench was 10x better, form didn't feel as alien
    • SLDL was a bit hard due to cardio but form felt the best it has so far. Bit of hammy pain on last 5 reps of set 3

    • Decent, benched first as was working in. Definite 9.5RPE grind on set2 rep2. Probably a comp fail due to downward motion but a double of this is a PR no matter how you slice it
    • Squats might be SPF depth in places but pain free-ish and form otherwise looks good again
    • SLDL continues it's renaissance. Just a lung buster

    All the lifting footage is usually from the downstairs room at Olympic Sports Gym in Manchester, I occasionally lfit upstairs when I do assistance work or fancy a change.

    The rack is a cooperative effort, bar and plates are mine and the gym pays for the space (although I contribute to the payment) so it's an OK setup.

    • Squats felt the best they have in a while. No pain, felt light-ish, form felt OK, albeit a little too deep on some reps
    • Bench is two PR's, previous best was 127.5kg. Pauses could have been slightly longer IMO

    • Session with Tom so no video taken. Benched first again like a bro, everything felt pretty good tbh.
    • Squats were pain free and moved well
    • SLDL had some pain on the concentric, Tom said to switch to mixed grip on the top sets for better force. Probably need to buy some lifting straps for DOH rep work but I'm loathe to do so as my grip feels good

    • Good session. Was expecting hamstring pain on squat, didn't materialise. Still having to consciously not shy away from right side during descent. Felt light enough
    • Bench was good, set 2 probably the best, eccentrics are speeding up
    • SLDL felt light but back position was worse. Tom told me to get straps as DOH grip reduces force production and can make these unnecessarily harder

    • Good again. Only squat pain on 132.5kg warmup, top single and reps were fine. First backdown set was better than 2nd but not by much
    • Bench was great, felt really locked in and stable. Only really struggled on that last rep
    • Didn't film SLDL as Tom was on site, but moved well. Only a pinch of hammy pain on the lockout of the concentric. Feel like I am getting stronger on these, maybe 160kg soon. Rehab continues

    • OK. Hamstring pain was not there, went to 150kg and Tom said try more if it felt good, but there is still hip shift to the left so I need to fix that. This is still a beltless high bar PR
    • Bench was great until set 4, then I rushed the eccentric which made that set hard, rallied on set 5 but last rep was grindy
    • SLDL was slightly more painful than squat (a first) but still moved OK. Back position could be better, but I used a Texas power bar instead of a DL bar and the markings are different, so I may have set up too narrow
