- Tough session. Didn't feel comfortable at all on squats, bar felt in a shit position on the 160kg and it was just a tricky one, torso angle was good but slower than I would have liked
- Bench by comparison was a breeze
- Developed a headache after bench (probably dehydration) so SLDL was harder, not sure how "stiff" my legs were on these but they didn't feel super heavy
