  • Tough session. Didn't feel comfortable at all on squats, bar felt in a shit position on the 160kg and it was just a tricky one, torso angle was good but slower than I would have liked
  • Bench by comparison was a breeze
  • Developed a headache after bench (probably dehydration) so SLDL was harder, not sure how "stiff" my legs were on these but they didn't feel super heavy

TRT Update.

Just done my third injection of 75mg testosterone cypionate. First two injections were glutes so I did a delt today. The injection pain has been very bad, I think I injected the oil too quickly on those injections and sitting down during the week has been very painful. Took my time with the delt injection, massaged the area thoroughly and had a shower afterwards and really smashed the area with hot water and pressure. Hopefully it won't be as sore as my ass has been. Apparently this is a common thing with musclular injections, it is bad the first time then goes away. I was also feeling a bit "fluey" during the week, I was cold and joints felt weak. This disappeared on Thursday night though.

Feeling wise, kind of early to tell, and anything I have noticed may be mental/placebo effect. I have been sleeping 7-8 hours a night, which is more than usual, and my appetite seems a little smaller. I'm not craving sugar. I have been in a decent mood, and these last two mornings I have woken up with morning wood. Can't remember the last time that happened.

Tom is very happy I have gone down this route as he can see me actually making strength gains now. Time will tell. Bloodwork soon.

Got laid for the first time in 12 months last night. No performance issues or anything (apart from the fact she was lazy as fuck but my enthusiasm made up for that). It's been a good week apart from the agonizing injection pain.

  • Long fucking session. Squatting felt off, like hitting depth was tough, but the video looks pretty smooth so I will take it
  • Benching was relatively good, kind of lost tightness on rep 4 of set 5
  • Upper back looks super rounded on the SLDL. OK on 2 reps but not the others. Worked up to a heavy DL for a laugh, a little painful on the hamstring. Did it in Oly shoes which might be a stupid move

Yeah I got fat as fuck. 122kg now. I have put muscle on though so the slow recomp has begun.
 
We will see where I am at that point as I am starting to tighten the diet up now, but I could be agreeable to the idea!

  • This took fucking ages - 3hr session that made me miss BJJ. The top single was alright, moved fast enough and didn't hurt. The backoff triple I definitely felt in the hamstring but it didn't seem to make anything worse
  • Fucked bench warmups, went straight from 65kg to 95kg, skipping 85kg, but it made little to no difference, went well
  • SLDL is a bugbear, I constantly think I don't have straight enough legs but then my back rounds. These were right on the line of my ability, and I was tired

Busty and petite is awesome man.

Last year I met a girl on Tinder who was of Yemeni origin, she looked very Persian. She was a dress size 8, weighed like 52kg at 5'7" but had DD cups. It was awesome, for many reasons, but it didn't work out as she had a kid and wanted a "long term partner to be a father" (her words). As such I had to bail. But god damn it was a good 2 months.

TRT Update


I feel good. Blood tests have gone away to check what my levels are. I don't feel tired all the time and I feel quite motivated (although my hamstring is pissing me off in one sense). When I am tired it's a sleepy tired, not a "can't be bothered" tired. Appetite is down quite a lot and sweet cravings aren't there anywhere near as much. I am sleeping a solid 7 hours a night and don't have to get up to piss. I feel like I could nap in the early evening.

Recovery and performance wise I am not sure I have seen any benefit, but I haven't been to BJJ since the first dose so it is hard to say what effect that has had. Testicles have definitely shrunk, aesthetically I am actually quite pleased with this. Tom thinks gains should be more forthcoming given the correct hormonal profile. Libido is well up and morning wood is present every day. So far, so good.

  • The front squats were one of the best sessions, just had to force upper back tight
