yup, yup.

Joe and that dork are having a nice little pity party. It's like a warm blanket to fall back on "in a real fight" when dealing with the fact that Mcgregor got destroyed by a little old man.

No logical person would dispute that Conor wouldn't have his way with Floyd in an MMA bout, but those were not the rules of the contest and Floyd knew that. Bending over, turning his back, etc... were effective strategies in the boxing match. Conor should have adapted better and exploited in more intelligently.

The problem lies in the fact that THERE WAS ANTI-LEVERAGE ON CONOR'S PUNCHES.

It was horrid horrid "boxing" on display by Conor.

Period.

His guest was 100% right. Anyone that doesn't want to admit it is just a Conor/MMA hater. Everytime they clinched, if it were a real fight, that's where Floyd's life would be ended unless saved by a ref.

Floyd was pushing tired Conor around like a 5 year old kid. He is pretty crappy in the clinch.

Uh, what? Rewatch Conor/Diaz 2 buddy. He chewed Nate up in the clinch. If Conor is crappy in the clinch Floyd is sub-terranean dinosaur shit in the clinch.

they were doing a sport that has rules. lets see an mma match where a guy just punts the other guy in the groin and pokes him in the eyes...and watch the ref step in every 10 seconds "to save the other guys life"

im an mma fan rather than a boxing fan but this is just a retarded point of view.

the way they seriously bring up conor choking floyd up as a possibility is pathetic as well. conor has 1 more submission win than floyd does, so they are probably on about the same level with that one. further, when you look at both these guys peformances in real life, all we have is conor getting bullied and also being beaten up by his dad, vs floyd assaulting people on 7 occassions, if by "people" you know what i mean

at this point its just butthurt mma fans trying to save face, conor lost in boxing and in doing so became the highest paid mma fighter ever no doubt, see it for the lame cash grab it was and move on. conor was the b-side here but he made a lot of money so get over it

actually turning your back and bending over like that are supposed to be illegal in boxing matches, but..

Your argument is invalid. Conor got physically manhandled in the clinches. The only one whose life was saved by the referee was Conor's.

Conor should've tried being less autistic and stopped actively trying to take Mayweather's back and not wasted so much energy pursuing an utterly meaningless position. All that money wasted on bringing in Joe Cortez and Joe didn't even bother explaining the rules to him.

Stating something is invalid doesn't make it so. Floyd isn't a grappler. In an actual fight, Floyd would get slammed into the mat after eating a headkick, have elbows pounded through his skull and be choked unconcious and he could literally do nothing about it. Every time they clinched, that signifies Floyd's life ending.

I guess.
Though it doesn't really matter anymore, does it? Floyd is retired and getting very old by the day. Conor is fat and probably wont fight till next year sometime.
Its all water under the bridge, never to return.

in an "actual fight" floyd's fifteen bodyguards would jump in dogpile conor, but thats neither here nor there

oh wait, you meant mma, as in the octagon. an athletic contest. with rules. not an "actual fight". yeah mma is the closest thing we've got to pure unarmed combat but in an "actual fight" when you slam someone to the concrete usually one of his buddies is ready to tee up a soccer kick to the side of your fucking head

@ your signature

dude in charlottesville was the copycat, not the other way round. but hes not totally wrong.

Yes, he was totally wrong. He was implying ISIS were the copycats, because the agenda of CNN was to make what happened in Charlottesville seem like an international epidemic, and was attempting to shift the blame for a signature ISIS attack perpetrated by ISIS, on white supremacists.
