According to Stephen Espinoza, President of Showtime Sports:

Anthony Joshua's last fight (4th fight) with Showtime will be vs Deontay Wilder for unification.

He said maybe PPV.

Deontay is clearly the A-side in this one, because Showtime is an American company and they'd want to have this fight take place at night time USA.

They wouldnt make this a PPV on London time-zone.

Great fight!

Not looking forward to the worthless fights that will come in the interim for those guys, though.

How reliable is that news??

Because that's damn awesome if true.

I'll take a year from now. That doesn't bother me at all.

Its actually smart to make this PPV.

Not many Americans know Joshua well enough to put him on Showtime (he did meh ratings both fights) and on CBS.

Whats even smarter is put Deontay/Joshua on PPV UK, and on CBS 5pm because its cheaper to at that time slot.

Please god neither of you lose, get hurt further, or fail a drug test in the next year so we can finally have a major, exciting hw fight again.

Could 2017 really being Joshua vs Wilder, Thurman vs Garcia, Canelo vs GGG, and May vs Pac 2?

Just make sure to keep Povetkin in a legal limbo and all is good.
Ortiz will be fighting Fury/Wlad winner since he's not ranked in the other orgs so he's not a threat to this either.

Be lucky if one or two even happen. Think back to how excited we were for this years matchups.
