He deserves tons of credit for taking the nWo angle mainstream and nearly putting the WWE out of business.

He also deserves a ton of blame for having the most talented roster in wrestling history and basically having no clue how to use it by letting the inmates run the asylum. Not to mention spending the company into insolvency.

WCW would've died 5-6 years earlier if not for Bischoff. The only time they made money was when he was in charge.
