Had the most unbelievably stressful two weeks of my life. Squeezed a few workouts in. Can't remember what the full bench workout was on Sunday but I finally got 255x5.

Yesterday was Deads.

135, 225, 315 x 5, 365, 405 x 3, 425 x 1, 445 x 1

Then five rounds on the heavy bag.

Just finished a hilly 1.5 mile run and going to no gi tonight.
 
Wife told me she’s missed working out together so I signed up at the local commercial gym with her. Did a really fun leg day with her.

Hack Squats: 135, 185, 225, 275 x 10, 315 x 5
Hamstring Curls: 60, 80, 100, 120 x 10
Four sets on the good girl/bad girl machines. Forget the exact sets but I repped the stack on the squeezing one and held it as long as I could on the 10th rep. Gotta have some carry over to jits.
Leg Extensions: 80, 100, 120, 140 x 10.

Felt pretty good tbh.
 
Good day of jits today. Then got to work and did some extra work.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 255 x 5, 265 x 3
-If I don't try the 255 set I'm pretty sure I would've hit 265x5 but I was gassed. Should be doable next session.

DB Incline; 70, 75, 80 x 10

Five, two minute rounds on the heavy bag with one minute rest in between. I really missed doing this and I'm glad I'm back to it.

100 situps (34, 33, 33)

5 reps each side of the first part of a Turkish Get up, 45, 50, 55lbs.
 
Ran a mile to the gym in 8:30.

Hack Squats: 135, 185, 225, 275 x 10, 315 x 5
Leg Extensions: 100, 120, 140 x 10
Hamstring Curls: 80, 100, 120 x 10
Bad Girl: 100, 120, 140 x 10
Good Girl: 140, 160, 180, 200 x 10. Held 200 for 30 seconds.
 
Hour of jits today. Not the best but whatever it’s mat time.

Deads: 135, 225, 315 x 5, 365 x 3, 405 x 2, 425 x 1, 445 x 1, 455 x 1.

PR and I probably could’ve had another 10lbs.

Pull-up pyramid to 5, failed on the set of 3 coming back down.

Sheesh I haven't updated in awhile. Lost 11lbs in the last six weeks or so, hoping to continue that. Had a solid hour of BJJ at lunch and then,

-245 was a struggle, might stick here next week.

DB Incline: 70, 75, 80 x 8

Quick deadlift session yesterday.

135, 225, 315, 365 x 5, 405 x 3, 425 x 1, and a PR of 455 x 1.

With my body weight finally below 200 I finally have a 2.5x BW pull. Feel pretty good about that.

Finished off with five two minute rounds on the heavy bag.

-Another PR and it felt pretty smooth tbh. I might not be too far from a 500 pull.

Haven't lifted in a bit. Thought I was going to do a big BJJ tourney but it looks like I won't be able to. Got back into the swing of things today.

I'm on an assignment where I'm in the office all night now so I can work out at work more.
 
Relatively low key day of jits. 40 minutes of technique and two matches. Boring.

Decided to get back into squatting today. Took me 25 minutes of warming up to barely graze parallel. My goal while I'm on this office assignment is to fix my lower body mobility. I only did 4x5 @ 135 before my groin tweaked a bit.

Barbell Bridges: 135, 185, 225, 275 x 5
 
Big day for me, started with a 2 mile run in 16:31 (fastish for my fat ass). Couple hours later at work I lifted and finally hit a 500lb deadlift.

135, 225, 315 x 5, 405 x 3, 465 x 1, 500 x 1.
Pullup Pyramid up to 4 and down went way smoother than a few days ago. Gonna stay there one more time and then go to five.
100 Sit-Ups.

One minute on/One minute off 10mph/3.5mph treadmill sprints for ten minutes.

Pull-up pyramid to 4 and back. Felt much smoother.

Get to roll with multiple time world champ Tussa tomorrow at no gi.

Finally registered for Master's Worlds in August. Gonna compete in the Medium-Heavy division (195lbs). Currently around 205 but cutting booze and sugar way back in my diet. Gonna focus on getting as strong as possible until June and then really kick the cardio up.

Bench: 135, 185, 205, 225, 260 x 5, 185 x 15.
-I believe this is a 5 rep PR and it went smooth. Will progress next week.

DB Incline: 70, 75, x 8

Really tired today. Worked until 1am and had to get up at 630 to coach both my boys soccer games all morning. Went to jits from 11-12 and then back to work at 3. Still got a decent little session in here.

Deadlifts: 135, 225, 315, 405 x 5
-Thought about trying for 435 x 3 but was just wiped.

Conditioning
5 Pullups, 10 Ball Slams, 15 Burpees, 20 Air Squats x 5 Rounds in 13:40.
