Had the most unbelievably stressful two weeks of my life. Squeezed a few workouts in. Can't remember what the full bench workout was on Sunday but I finally got 255x5. Yesterday was Deads. 135, 225, 315 x 5, 365, 405 x 3, 425 x 1, 445 x 1 Then five rounds on the heavy bag. Just finished a hilly 1.5 mile run and going to no gi tonight.
