Excellent day at BJJ, I'm definitely at the point now where I can beat pre-injury me. Gas is back on point which was huge. Squats: 95, 115, 135, 185, 205, 225 x 5 -My warm up was the quickest it's ever been (still 15 minutes) but my depth was perfect. I've finally found my stance and don't need to video every set anymore. Moving up in weight next week should be fairly easy. Then I decided to do some agility ladder drills which were fun. I want to incorporate some more stuff like this into my workouts to keep me on my toes and improve my general athleticism.
