I just don't get this. There is nothing wrong with lying to get laid. The other person still says yes. I don't get how lying to get laid is illegal...but it is some bunch of gits using the metric system so yeah there is that
cliffs: woman pretends to be woman to get laid. The "victim" wears a blind fold on MULTIPLE DATES and attacker uses a strap on for sex. Now "Peg" is going to jail for sexual assault.
So, if you say you make $100000 and a woman has sex with you, do you go to jail now???
PS Sorry, no hot lesbo evidence

This week, a 27-year-old British woman who was convicted in September 2015 of sexual assault for pretending to be a man in order to trick one of her friends into having sex with her, was sentenced to six and a half years in prison after a retrial. The retrial was necessary because the original conviction was overturned; the trial judge's summing up of the case was not considered fair and balanced.
Gayle Newland, 27, had created a male online persona called Kye Fortune; she proceeded to seduce a fellow student at the University of Chester in 2011, convincing her to wear a blindfold whenever they met. That allowed Newland to dupe the woman by wearing a strap-on prosthetic penis so they could have penetrative sex.
Not only did the victim wear the blindfold during sex, but also when they went driving together, sunbathing, and sitting through films. The victim said she discovered the truth only when she finally took off her mask. She stated, "There was no point until the day I took the blindfold off that I thought for one second that a woman was the person behind this."
Newland, a creative writing graduate that the court called “an imaginative and persuasive liar,” wept and screamed as the sentence was passed on Thursday, stamping her feet and wailing “no.” Her mother called out: “We love you, Gayle.”
Newland admitted she created 10 fake identities to raise fictitious payments for an online marketing agency in 2015; she also admitted that she had pled guilty to defrauding her employer of £9,000.
Sentencing Newland, Judge David Stockdale QC acknowledged that she suffered from “significant psychiatric and psychological disorders,” but added that they “did not give you license to fabricate and mislead as you did. … This was a deceit of such subtlety and cunning in its planning and was a deceit, from your point of view, so successful in its execution that an outsider unaware of the full history of the case might find it difficult to comprehend. But truth can sometimes be stranger than fiction. The truth, the whole truth here, is as surprising as it is profoundly disturbing.”
