Obviously the allegations probably didn't hold up in court. Considering Sweden's lowered definition of rape (compared to other countries), they could've easily prosecuted him for that, if he had committed any such wrong-doings. The fact that they dropped the "rape" angle completely, means that there was likely no evidence whatsoever that he was having sex without consent.

What's the source? Wikipedia states the molestation charges were dropped when the statute of limitations expired except for the rape case. That investigation was stopped only last year but that he is still liable until the statute of limitations is reached in 2020.
