I guess I'll start one of these things. I'm not eating healthy though, just so you know. I eat to win. This include lots of meat and stuff. I probably won't update this every day. Just on days I feel like it.

Yesterday

Meal 1: Spaghetti heavy on the meat, 4 fish oil caps, 2 cups milk.

Meal 2: 4 hard boiled Omega 3 eggs, orange, Yoplus blueberry yogurt.

Meal 3: White bean chicken chili, 2 cups milk, apple

Meal 4: Beer

I'm not sure how many calories that is, and I really don't give a shit either.

since I am in this abomination of a thread here is what I ate yesterday.

Meal1: Beef stew - heavy on the beef, Peach Activa yogurt, 4 fish oil caps.

Meal2: Taco soup - heavy on the ground beef, apple, 2 cups whole milk

Meal3: Knoefla - heavy on the chicken, 2 cups whole milk, Source of Life multi mixed in with the milk.

Meal4: 6oz pork chop, mixed vegetables w/butter, 4 fish oil caps.

It was a low carb day, so no beer.


EDIT: I ate some smoked almonds too.
