easiest focus mitts for a female to hold? Air?

I'm looking for the easiest mitt for a female (my wife) to hold? I've trained a bit in the past, but certainly am no heavy hitter. Still, if I'm going to get my wife to hold the mitts, I need to make it as easy on her as possible.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I figure I need (1) shock absorption, (2) 'ball' palm grip, (3) wrist support/wedge, (4) light weight.

So maybe an "air" mitt with wrist wedge and domed palm?

Any suggestions or other thoughts.

Those mitts are pretty good.

As a heavyweight, and working with other heavyweights, those mitts are a pleasure to use for the mitt holder.

Nice to punch too, despite being an air mitt, the impact is still satisfying.
