Co worker just got pulled over for his 5th dui. They pulled him over for speeding originally, gave him a sobriety test and subsequently charged him with speeding, the dui (obviously) and gave him 4 counts of reckless endangerment (one for every passenger).

He should go to prison.

No. My sisters ex-husband got a DUI charge and my sister didn't get anything. She was able to drive and tried to tell him but he insisted on driving. He now has 3 DUI charges because he's fucking stupid.

As you see in this example, the guy is still driving. Not having a license only stops law abiding people from driving. The only thing that can prevent drunks from driving is a jail cell. Wisconsin has many people with 6 to 12 DUI convictions.
