That's not a crime everywhere, but I can only imagine that this has happened to one or two unlucky ducks.Surprised they didn't get you for public once you started your trek.
Not everywhere is a city, then what??Not really in today's world especially with ride sharing programs (Lyft, Uber, etc).
He should go to prison.Co worker just got pulled over for his 5th dui. They pulled him over for speeding originally, gave him a sobriety test and subsequently charged him with speeding, the dui (obviously) and gave him 4 counts of reckless endangerment (one for every passenger).
It's an example not a 100% foolproof idea sir.Not everywhere is a city, then what??
drunk driver vs girl driver? He ain’t stupidNo. My sisters ex-husband got a DUI charge and my sister didn't get anything. She was able to drive and tried to tell him but he insisted on driving. He now has 3 DUI charges because he's fucking stupid.
As you see in this example, the guy is still driving. Not having a license only stops law abiding people from driving. The only thing that can prevent drunks from driving is a jail cell. Wisconsin has many people with 6 to 12 DUI convictions.
