In all honesty, GSP vacating that MW belt was one of the biggest pussy moves in history. Hand picked a fight with Bisping who he knew he would destroy, then jusy vacated and left? He can blame it on Colitis or whatever he wants but everyone knows what his plan was. Take a low risk fight and take that check.

Point of the post tho, if it really was in his contract that he must defend the MW belt, wouldn't he be breaking the contract already? Will Dana pursue further action on this or will he even let GSP come back?

Because suing one of your biggest draws is clearly in your best interest at a time when you're hurting for marketable fighters. Also, critical thinking is difficult, which is why TS doesn't bother with it.

No TS, Anderson taking a fight V Forrest was weaker so you should start with that one.

For years guys on this site criticized GSP for not stepping up to MW and taking a fight to challenge himself. At the same time guys praised Anderson for doing that.

Now GSP does that and steps up to challenge himself at MW and against a guy far more relevant than Forrest was at LHW and yet many of the same people who praised Anderson (not saying you are one) now shit on GSP.

People cannot have it both ways and call for years for GSP to take a fight at MW, any fight to challenge himself and then when he does it, against a champ no less, they then shit on him again. Makes no sense.
