that barely even touched on it. he was performing for trump. this is what you do when you don't have a defense or an argument to make. you try to act out and get the judge to kick you or a witness out of court, because you know you've got no chance of winning the case and your only shot at it is to straight up tank your trial and then appeal on the grounds of an unruly and biased judge. it's some darrell brooks theatrics that every judge can see right through and it seldom ever works out for them in appeals.

you don't come into the courtroom with that kind of decorum expecting a judge or jury to take you seriously. but he wasn't doing the dance and performing for the judge and jury. he was performing for the orange turd and the appeals court.

he even started rolling his eyes at the judge, engaged in a juvenile staring contest with the judge, and then tried to mean mug the judge.
