So any one who has ever been KO'd at any point in their career has bad striking defense.A punch was thrown and landed to Cody's head which knocked him out so i'd say yes.
Got it.

Does he have* or does he has???? English muchDoes Dominick Cruz has the best striking defense in ufc? He made amazing striker like TJ missed all his big shot.tj can't even hit Cruz clean.
Best striking defense in ufc history?

5'8* and height doesn't win fights..what the fuck does a 2 inch height advantage do? absolutely nothing. its all about arm reach and height shouldn't come into play unless there's like a 4-5 inch difference. Mike tyson's shortness helped him with his peek a boo style cause he'd throw bombs to the taller opponent and they cant even see him cause his in their stomach level and if u swing for the fences ur bound to miss cause mike's bob and weaving succesfully and before they know it their getting bomb after bomb after bomb. also to TS, TJ hit him clean several times dominick was the better technician though. I wish he would've used his usual countering style with cody instead of leading which fell right into cody's gameplan..His striking and striking defense is overrated imo keep in mind also that the guy is 5'9 fighting guys 5'6 Cody already exposed him Cruz doesn't even strike properly tbh doesn't take a professional to see that guarantee his striking defense is useless in the lightweight division
Also the way he throws punches seems like it's designed to avoid punches.

Wait.
Wouldn't that be considered a brilliant tactic/strategy?
To strike while avoiding incoming damage?
