The sign of a good business man is someone who dosent let their person feelings get in the way of making business decisions. Dana quite often fires fighters or does some other shit on a whim based on his personal in the moment feeling of something that just happened.

So, is Dana a good business man, or just an ego maniac that happens to have a little power?

Does a Bear shit in the woods, or does Paige fart in interviews? Yes. The answer is yes.

news flash, a lot of deals anywhere in business are based on emotions...

Like not being interested in letting the GOAT who sells 800,000 plus ppvs fight ?

A bit of both. Dana is definitely a good business man, if it weren't for him there would be no UFC. On the other hand he does seem like the kind of guy to hold on to a grudge which does get in the way of doing business sometimes but overall he knows there are fighters he can't fire like Conor and GSP no matter what they say/do so I think it all balances out in the end.

He didn't let Ben Askren fight in the Ufc because of emotion so yes

Dana is very smart, thanks to him the UFC is a multimillion company but he's shit as a promoter: shitting your own talent and insulting it (Ngannou), not paying enough to the roster, not promoting lower cards while doing everything to promote Mcg and his fights etc..

Yes he does. He acts on emotion and not logic. But when you have money it can be easy to disguise that behaviour as good business acumen, sounds bullshit but straight facts lol

Does a bear shit in the woods?

It depends on what decisions?
He has worked with fighters he hates & can't stand him.
He gave Raging Al a title shot & Al shits on him 24/7.
Also the big decisions (TV deals, etc) are made by WME & their investors.

There is no justification for shitting on your talent though

The better question is do business decisions affect Dana's feelings.
