10 push ups twice a week for three weeks.
 
More War Room posting from your basement hideaway.
 
Do everything but bench teh 275.
 
A thirty pack of brews a day, push ups, squats, pull ups, a pack of camel's a day, and steak and eggs.
 
Sit on the couch and watch tv while eating hamburgers.
 
A go back go to your own country bumper sticker for starters
 
I came in here expecting this...


...but will settle for this. I like the way his hair grows as the muscles get bigger...
