Do you think there are people with a higher security clearance
then the President. Does he know exactly where the black budget goes ?
And if he doesn't, what is your opinion on that ?
You could say a man elected by the majority of the people should know
what's going on on all levels.
But also that he should have plausible denialbility.
And are you worried those, with higher clearance would go rogue ?

no if i recall the Secretary of defense has higher along with some other military officials

Yes but there's also a lot the president doesn't know and doesn't know to know so he ends up not knowing though he could if someone told him but they won't

from my understanding, the potus doesnt need a clearance; his position is clearance enough.
