Definitely a really dangerous rising talent. He reminds me more of JDS in mma, in boxing maybe like young Wlad, or Joshua.

Fury's mouth has made him unlike most all others.

Probably not.

But the main difference is that boxers can throw more power, more consistently, while maintaining proper form and positioning.

When an mma fighter throws a big shot it tends to look like he is really loading up, often sacrificing their defense and form in hopes of landing a knockout blow.

Boxers tend to generate that type of power with less effort, which is why they excel in professional boxing. Punching power can be trained, but in large part it's a natural thing that is somewhat of a prerequisite to being a top level boxer.

Even a feather fisted guy like Paulie Malignaggi was capable of really hurting guys.

Still fun to watch though. I seem to recall that a lot of sherdoggers were rapt when the footage came out from the UFC athlete's retreat of fighters wailing away at a punching machine at the Performance Institute.
