Do you think capitalism could die in the next generations to come?

There will be a time when what ou create for humanity is considered more important than how much you're worth.

Like Star Trek

I dont belive communism will be the end for capitalism, capitalism destroyed communism.

The new enemy of capitalism is the rise of nationalism, the free market capitalism is naturally globalist.

The hedge fund managers didnt make 25 billion. They made stock. And the stock has value based people buying it.

So to say the stock is unsustainable because so many people are buying it is like saying the candybar in a gas station is unsustainable because someone is going to buy it.

The reward for buying the candybar tends to be calories and pleasure but it could be rotten. The reward for stock tends to be retirement and ease of mind but it could go rotten.

Is it wrong for only one brand of candy bar to be consumed? If the price was too high you can always find another candy bar right? Is it wrong for only one brand of hedge fund to be purchased? If the price was too high someone could always have a sherdogger manage their money right?

That stock has to be bought, so saying that those hedge fund managers are not receiving 24 billion in compensation is BS.

I mean when the top 10% has more money than the rest, something will happen im not saying in our generation but the ones to come. Economic Inequality is rising, from what we learn in history we go through different phases, until theres some sort of rebelion, in this case it would be something like occupy wall street, but a billion times bigger. I also bellieve we are being brainwashed, almost programed like robots to think that its normal for someone to hold that much wealth, and we have a shot at getting there. What do you think? Capitalism is the more fair economic solution, or its going to explode later?
We just elected the epitome of what a capitalist is.

The stock doesnt have to be bought. its like saying a candy bar has to be bought.

Now the teachers who have income, that value has to be enforced by law, its owed obligation.

There is no law forcing the candy bars to be a specific price its all mutual agreement.

It would be readily apparent how agreement goes out the window if the hedge fund manager attempted to find buyers for all his shares at once. existing buyers would have a plethora of supply which would lower the "bid price" and since stock" wealth" is determined by "bid prices" multiplied by amount of shares owned, the"value" of 24 billion would dry up before their eyes if they attempted to sell it.

Wealth and value is relative when it comes to stock ownership. Thats why bill gates sells small managable bits of microsoft every quarter, and "diversifies" into an "income" fund to get his "wealth" closer to something that is backed by obligation rather than something that is mutual agreement.

Does this help explain the difference between cash and stocks? the stocks might appear to be cash but they arent.

If sombody had 1 billion "worth" of candy bars. They arent a billionaire in the same way as someone who has an ACTUAL billion dollars.

True Capitalism in its essence will never die, but you have to be afraid now since we live in an age where semantic meanings can be changed quite easily based on political intentions just like in George Orwell's 1984. Government will intervene and try to place the blame on other factors why our freedoms have been diminished.

I don't think we've seen true capitalism in a long time. Earmarks, subsidies, and special tax deals are not a part of capitalism.
