What type of diet do you do when you cut?I'm always dieting, but not necessarily trying to lose weight.
When I used to compete in bodybuilding, I would walk around at 285-290lbs, and diet down to about 235lbs over the course of 20 weeks. Now that I'm a bit older and no longer have it in me to be that heavy, I try and keep my weight under 230lbs, but stay lean(ish) all year round.
