That right there is what worries me somewhat. Men in power positions are usually the main ones targeted for sexual misconduct whether it's justified or not. You don't even have to be a millionaire. Some female employee says you touched her or made inappropriate comments, could ruin your ass. I think successful men are the biggest targets for MeToo. Some guy working construction doesn't have as much to lose so he probably won't change how he approaches women.

With that said you always have to use your best judgement. I know I know we're men and nuance is a pain in the ass but it's really not that difficult. I worked at a fairly relaxed workplace and both sexes crossed this line frequently but we were all socially intelligent and conscientious and thus never had any incidents. If a co-worker that I'd built up that kind of rapport with put a very obvious amount of extra effort in their appearance I'd compliment them. I started that job bearded and they'd never seen me without facial hair. When I went in it wasn't just my female co-workers telling me how attractive/handsome I looked without it, so did the male boss! It's not that difficult to figure out.
