A NEW TROVE of internal Democratic National Committee emails, stretching back to April 2016, released by Wikileaks show that the organization’s senior staff chafed at Bernie Sanders’s continued presence in the presidential primary. Staffers were also irritated by criticism that they were biased towards Hillary Clinton.

In May, chairwoman Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (DWS) reacted to an MSNBC anchor criticizing her treatment of Bernie Sanders during the Democratic presidential primary by trying to force her to apologize.

On May 18th, DNC staffer Kate Houghton forwarded to Wasserman-Schultz a Breitbart News story highlighting remarks by MSNBC anchor Mika Brzezinski in which she called for the chairwoman to step down over perceived bias against Sanders during the presidential primary.

Wasserman-Schultz reacted angrily, writing that this was the “LAST straw” and instructing communications director Luis Miranda to call MSNBC president Phil Griffin to demand an apology from Brzezinski.

Miranda noted that Wasserman-Schultz had reached out to NBC’s Meet the Press moderator Chuck Todd on the subject earlier. You can see that email below:

Later in the day, Miranda sent a follow up email to Todd laying out a memo trying to convince him that Wasserman-Schultz was not in fact unfair to Bernie Sanders. Todd asked him if a call with Brzezinski was really a “good idea.”

Miranda tried to de-escalate the situation, telling him that “if Mika just doesn’t like [Wasserman-Schultz], I’m not sure it’s worth either of their time”:

Annoyance at Bernie Sanders and his fans is a reoccurring theme in the emails.

Three weeks prior to the Democratic primary in California, the largest primary of the contest, DNC staffer Mark Paustenbach, the organization’s national press secretary, sent an email to Miranda pitching an anti-Bernie story that the candidate “never got his act together, that his campaign was a mess”:

A day earlier, Miranda complained that Sen. Claire McCaskill, D-Missouri, had “no backbone” for complaining that DNC head Wasserman-Schultz shared some responsibility for divisiveness in the party.

Paustenbach was trying to respond to a press inquiry about a raucous Nevada state convention where the news media and opponents of the Sanders campaign complained that there was violence, including thrown chairs, that didn’t actually happen:

When Sanders campaign chair Jeff Weaver appeared on cable news to defend the conduct of Sanders backers at the Nevada convention, Wasserman-Schultz reacted harshly, writing: “Damn liar. Particularly scummy that he barely acknowledges the violent and threatening behavior that occurred.” There was no apparent effort made to actually investigate the claims against Sanders.

As early as the end of April, the DNC was mocking up emails to message to their base about the end of Sanders’s campaign. Eric Reif, a digital staffer at the organization, sent around an email template that would be used by chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz:

DNC Deputy Communications Director Eric Walker, however, mocked as “#bernieclickbait” the idea that the DNC was tipping towards Hillary Clinton:

The emails also show internal pushback on major Sanders causes such as holding more debates and ending superdelegates.

On May 2nd, a public relations staffer named Erik Smith sent an email to DNC officials updating them on the positions of both Democratic campaigns on a May debate in California. According to Smith, the Clinton team stated that they would not participate in a debate unless it was DNC-sanctioned:

On May 18, Wasserman-Schultz sent an email to communications staff listing out talking points defending her decision to schedule only a handful of debates during the primary season:

But Miranda reacted in a mocking tone to Sanders welcoming a debate in California, which the Clinton campaign had already agreed upon earlier in the primary season:

A day earlier, Fox News editor Bill Sammon forwarded a note to the DNC in which he offered both remaining Democratic candidates a chance for a televised debate in California.

That email was a follow up to one he wrote on May 13, formally requesting that the DNC sanction a debate in California. “Given that the race is still contested, and given that you sanctioned a final trio of debates, the last of which has not yet been held, we believe a final debate would be an excellent opportunity for the candidates to, as you said when you announced these debates, ‘share Democrats’ vision for the country,'” he wrote.

“I don’t really think this makes sense. The RNC would never do an MSNBC debate for the same reason that we shouldn’t do this one,” Wasserman-Schultz responded the same day.

On May 19, Miranda appeared on Fox News and told the network they were “negotiating” for another debate, and that they “know the interest is there.” The day before, Amy Dacey, the CEO of the DNC, signed off on that messaging. Although Sanders and Fox News both agreed to debate, the DNC and Clinton campaigned never sanctioned the debate and it never happened.

After Maine Democrats passed a resolution seeking to eliminate superdelegates, DNC Vice Chair for Civic Engagement and Voter Participation Donna Brazille called it “another lunacy.” Dacey wrote that “they have no jurisdiction” to try to eliminate superdelegates:

Debbie Wasserman just announced she was stepping down as DNC head, following the leak of emails suggesting she was unfairly helping Hilary's campaing. Now Hilary has hired to serve as chair of Hilary's 50-state campaign, and has also pledged to help her get a congress seat. You can't make this shit up.

Even more from the Intercept. DNC CFO Brad Marshall wanted to use Sanders religious beliefs against him.

https://theintercept.com/2016/07/22...e-bernie-sanders-campaign-leaked-emails-show/

AMONG THE NEARLY 20,000 internal emails from the Democratic National Committee, released Friday by Wikileaks and presumably provided by the hacker “Guccifer 2.0,” is a May 2016 message from DNC CFO Brad Marshall. In it, he suggested that the party should “get someone to ask” Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders about his religious beliefs.

Subject: No shit
It might may no difference, but for KY and WVA can we get someone to ask his belief. Does he believe in a God. He had skated on saying he has a Jewish heritage. I think I read he is an atheist. This could make several points difference with my peeps. My Southern Baptist peeps would draw a big difference between a Jew and an atheist.

The email was sent to DNC Communications Director Luis Miranda and Deputy Communications Director Mark Paustenbach. It’s unclear who the “someone” in this message could be — though a member of the press seems like a safe bet. A request for comment sent to Marshall was not immediately returned.

[UPDATE at 1:03 p.m. ET: Marshall emails to say “I do not recall this. I can say it would not have been Sanders. It would probably be about a surrogate.” We have asked him who that surrogate could possibly be.]

And although Sanders is not mentioned by name, he was the only Jewish candidate from either party — an apparent weakness that Marshall believed the party could exploit in favor of Hillary Clinton.

It is also unclear why the Democratic National Committee, which isn’t supposed to favor one Democratic candidate over another until they receive a nomination, would have attempted to subvert the Sanders campaign on the grounds that “he is an atheist.”

A reply to Marshall’s email from DNC CEO Amy Dacey read only “AMEN.”

[UPDATE at 5:10 p.m. ET: In a private message, the hacker “Guccifer 2.0” confirmed he provided the email trove to Wikileaks, saying “Yeah man, as I promised.”]

That's not what "rigged" means. Hilary won because she won. However, the DNC chair was clearly biased, and should step down.

How did they "rig" the race? I'm not seeing that. I'm just seeing what everybody knew: that the DNC is in Hillary's pocket and were engineering their media strategies accordingly. I don't see which of these emails indicates vote tampering or miscounts or deliberately shutting down voting venues in areas where Bernie was expected to do well.

If by "proves the primary was rigged" you mean "proves that DNC officials frequently had semi-public clashes with Sanders officials," then yes. However, showing that they didn't get along (something everyone already knew) is not the same as showing illicit behavior to unfairly advantage another.

The emails show conclusively that certain members of the DNC got angry at people who kept accusing them of cheating. I guess in certain minds "being mad at me and not giving me everything I want" is the same as "Rigging."

I beg to differ. There were in collusion from such an early point that I think many of the electronic voting machines could have easily been rigged to inflate Hillary's numbers far larger than there were.

This video is a bit long but it shows how shady and underhanded the counting of the votes were in the California primary. Every state where accusations of voter fraud popped up you will find stories just like this. It is not a coincidence

Not at all what it proved. But fun reading non the less.

All it shows is what we all know: A guy who runs independent his career is going to have a major uphill battle against a career Democrat.

He still did amazingly well.

See the video I posted above. If I wanted to I could spend hours going through all the articles that were posted after various states had numerous accusations of voter fraud and so many claiming that their votes had not been counted or that their registration was changed to Republican or Independent without them giving permission to do that. Also, so many of the exit polls and many of the states had Bernie with and 2 to 3 points of Hillary only for her to come out with their whopping 10 to 13 Point advantage. If it looks like a fish and smells like a fish… It's a fish

It's basically proving that the primaries were never fair because the media was in the DNC's back pocket the entire time. That Matters a ton when you're a relatively unknown senator from Vermont Whose just starting out against Maybe the most famous female politician in the world.

I beg to differ. There were in collusion from such an early point that I think many of the electronic voting machines could have easily been rigged to inflate Hillary's numbers far larger than there were.

There is nothing in those emails even remotely suggesting such a thing.

Interesting read and not surprising, but can't just call anything you don't like "rigged" like trump does.

It sucks because I know this lawsuit won't go anywhere but still, there is this. Are you have to do is follow the bread crumbs…

Corte Madera, CA – A major lawsuit is on the precipice of being filed by the Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity, the implications of which could dramatically alter the landscape of the 2016 U.S. presidential race.

The group claims that in about eleven states, there has been noted a significant difference between the exit polls and the electronic vote totals presented on the morning after the primaries. These differences show votes appear to be shifted from Bernie Sanders to Hillary Clinton. The chances of this kind of shift happening are considered to be statistically impossible between Tuesday night and Wednesday morning in these eleven states. See the chart below.

“We are going to be filing a racketeering lawsuit under the Ohio Racketeering law, the strongest in the country and we can bring in every state, our RICO statute is coextensive with the federal RICO statute… So they’re nailed,” said Cliff Arnebeck.

Arnebeck, an election lawyer, got his J.D. from Harvard and is the chair of the Legal Affairs Committee of Common Cause Ohio and a national co-chair and attorney for the Alliance of Democracy. He will be joined by Bob Fitrakis, an election lawyer and political science professor, as co-counsel.

Computer security expert Stephen Spoonamore, who worked with Arnebeck on exposing GOP election fraud in Ohio has noted that when exit poll data varies more than 2% from electronic vote totals, the electronic vote totals are questionable.

In fact, 2% is the boundary by the US government when determining whether an election in another country has possibly been stolen. Please notice the exit poll differences in the 2016 DNC primaries listed above are significantly more than 2%. These differences point to questionable results for the electronic vote totals and likely electronic vote switching.

This is not a Republican-Democrat issue, this is not a partisan issue, this is a Democracy issue, if you actually care about a Constitutional democracy in which each person votes, that vote is validated and the people who end up in office are reflected on the basis of the way people voted you care about this issue,” said Spoonamore.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Although we have taken note of the shift here from Sanders to Clinton, we are NOT in any way stating who has done the shifting. WE DO NOT KNOW WHO HAS DONE THE SHIFTING OF THE ELECTRONIC VOTE TOTALS. This situation has galvanized three organizations, The Institute for American Democracy and Election Integrity (ADE) , the Columbus Institute of Contemporary Journalism, and Democracy Counts to set up our own exit polls and audits to track apparent election results in California.

Richard Charnin, a mathematician and statistician and author of the book, Matrix of Deceit, has been reporting on the apparent shifting of electronic vote totals and the non-release of raw data from Edison since 2004. Richard Charnin, well-known for what he calls the “Red Shift” which has been a shift between exit polls and electronic vote total differences of about 4-5% each year. This constitutes a shift to the political right. Although he is unable to analyze the raw data, he has been able to get screen shots of what the exit polls showed minutes before all of the electronic votes have been totaled since 2004.

In 2004, when Edison Research initially got exit poll data that said that Kerry was winning and Bush was losing at 9pm on election night and that the reverse was true shortly after midnight, Edison Research made a choice to “adjust” the raw data after that time so that it would match the electronic voting machine totals. Edison Research definitely wanted to keep being hired by the Media Consortium which proposes to tell viewers the true election results but which also chooses to trust electronic voting machine data. That was the last time that the American public has been able to see raw exit poll data.

Unfortunately this year, substantial exit poll differences have been noted in the US primary. In this year’s primary, the Red Shift appears to have become the “Clinton Shift”.

Arnebeck was the lead attorney, with Fitrakis as his co-counsel in the King Lincoln Bronzeville v. Blackwell case, which exposed electronic vote rigging in Ohio’s 2004 presidential race. During the lawsuit, a very revealing deposition of Michael Connell, head IT guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove, provided insight into how the election fraud conspiracy operated.

According to a report by Truth-out:

Connell served as the IT guru for the Bush family and Karl Rove. Connell ran the private IT firm GovTech that created the controversial system that transferred Ohio’s vote count late on election night 2004 to a partisan Republican server site in Chattanooga, Tennessee owned by SmarTech. That is when the vote shift happened, not predicted by the exit polls, that led to Bush’s unexpected victory. Connell died a month and a half after giving this deposition in a suspicious small plane crash.

One can clearly see how deep the rabbit hole goes, as the one person who could implicate the actual individuals responsible for the election fraud conspiracy happens to have an “accident” that kills him. Essentially the investigation could go no further upon the suspicious death of Connell, thus protecting those behind the conspiracy.

Given these facts, it’s apparent that Arnebeck and his team are the real deal, and have experience in bringing a major legal action involving voter fraud and electronic vote rigging/switching.

Initially, the new lawsuit was to be filed on June 6, as stated in the video release announcing the results of their investigation, but the filing was delayed due to ADE wanting to include data from California’s primary, which was held on June 7.

Suspiciously, the Media Consortium and Edison Research, which control election polling, has now decided to cancel the remaining exit polls for the 2016 primaries. Many suspect these exit polls have been canceled because these exit poll differences could be used as an indicator of election fraud when contrasted with electronic voting totals.

“There is no way the Democratic Convention is going to nominate somebody on the basis of obviously stolen votes…the facts are coming out and that’s a fact…We are suing the media as being complicit in the crime. They are acting as accessories after the fact. They are covering up evidence of criminal activity, it’s a crime,” said Arnebeck.

In my opinion Hillary Clinton has been used for the purpose of scuttling Bernie Sanders campaign for president, she is being used…but they’ve been caught, it’s obvious, it’s just like Bernie Sanders when he talks about the system is rigged, ah the elections are rigged, the evidence is clear, everybody’s gonna see it and the game is over…Bernie has won in fact…”

The fact that electronic vote rigging is currently taking place, while the mainstream corporate media remains curiously silent, indicates a massive fraud being perpetrated on the American public. Make no mistake, had the vote been closer in the GOP primary the nomination would likely have been stolen from Trump in the same manner. This isn’t a partisan issue, but one that slashes across the political spectrum and should alarm every American.

The time has come to ask ourselves who is behind the stealing of U.S. elections, and maybe more importantly; why does nobody in a position of authority seem interested in finding out?

In the video below Arnebeck breaks down how they prevented the Ohio presidential race from being stolen in 2012 and explains exactly what is taking place in this election cycle.

Please share this crucial information with every person you know!

All i got from thos is that the primary was not rigged, and the DNC favored Hillary.

No shit.

DNC favoured Hillary -- and Blade is trying with all his might to turn that into a mass electoral fraud conspiracy.

You can make yourself believe almost anything, Blade.

Everybody in this damn war room is so brainwashed… So it's okay with all of you that the DNC which is supposed to be completely unbiased during the primaries, was in the bag for $hillary Before she even announced her candidacy? That played absolutely no part in the outcome right? And all of you are so confident Based on nothing that that was the extent of it all there is no way it could go any further LOL some of you are straight up Pathetic!!! There is no way Clinton would've beat Sanders if it wasn't for her collusion with the DNC because they made sure she got the proper coverage and the proper air time and he didn't. The email shows how close DWS was with the higher-ups at MSNBC! I could make a thread with all of the articles of the countless numbers of election fraud that went on throughout the primary cycle.

If the DNC wants a certain candidate to win an election then they will win no questions asked. I can't believe this is okay with you people. Most of you are the same people bitching about PED's in the octagon because they have an "unfair advantage" right? The fuck out of here…
