Where is this distance management TS talks about?

the only way Nate does anything to Conor is when Conor gets tired

LOL ...which is almost exactly 8 minutes into a fight. Conor looked fantastic in the Nate rematch as long as he had that out-of-the-gate energy. Then the advantage evaporated as he struggled to win just 1 out of the next 3 rounds.

So you agree that Nate only gets the upper hand when Conor gasses out then. Good, that is what I posted.

Conor doesn't start slow. He doesn't "feel out" His explosive striking style combined with pressure he applies will cause most to tire.

And in the rematch Conor did well in the 4th rd. Pretty sure that's past the 8 min mark you mentioned. And at the end of the fight even Nate the cardio machine was tiring.

But again my point is that Nate relies on Conor gassing in order to get the upper hand. It's just a question of how long that takes and how much damage does Nate take in the meantime.

Hopefully people can now realise just how great Alvarez is after UFC 218 - and by extension how next level Conor truly is. This thread offers great perspective on what makes Conor great and how he was able to do what he did to a great like Alvarez.

It's a shame a thread with actual analysis that educates isn't as popular as it should be on sherdog.

Lol Conor himself said that Eddie had a horrendous career and landed a lucky shot on RDA. Conor is on another level compared to him, but Eddie is far from great
